Returns, Rewards,
and Accounts

What is your return policy? Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date with receipt and all manufacturer tags/packaging in tact. Tights, thongs, underwear, and men's dance belts are considered undergarments and are Final Sale. ​

Can you tell me what size/item I purchased previously for myself or my child? Yes! Please make a customer account during checkout and we will keep track of your purchase history​.

If I use a Reward and make a return, will my points go back into my rewards account? Yes, all points will be credited back to your reward account in the event of a return. ​

Is there a fee for the rewards program? No! Our rewards program is completely free. When you provide information at checkout for a customer account you will automatically be enrolled in our rewards program. Point conversion and coupon information can be found on our Rewards page​.

Do my rewards points expire? Rewards points do not expire. You can save as long as you want!​

Can I use my rewards points along with the sale/studio discount?​ ​Yes! Rewards points can be used in conjunction with a sale or studio discount. Store sales and studio discounts cannot be combined. The higher discount will be taken off at checkout. ​​

If an item is not in stock, will you order for me? Yes! We place orders with manufacturers every day. Orders generally take 5-10 business days to arrive, pending manufacturer availability. All orders must be paid for in advance. If you are not able to return to the store to pick up your order, we can ship it to you for a fee of $8 for USPS Priority Mail.  Special orders for items that we do not regularly keep in stock are Final Sale.
