Please note that this position requires some weekday evening (until 7:30 p.m.) and weekend (Sat/Sun until 5:30 p.m.) availability.

Required Skills Include:

Dance Background – at least some dance training (ballet, tap, jazz, etc.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt/respond to different types of situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Intermediate computer skills

Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities of a Retail Position Include:

Welcome customers to our store and assist them with their needs

Make recommendations on which products would be most helpful to the dancers that visit us

Provide fitting recommendations and help customers select apparel and shoe sizes that offer the best fit

Complete the checkout process via our Point of Sale (POS) system

Help keep our store clean and organized

Replenish and restock inventory

Responsibilities of an Online Fulfillment Position Include:

Assist with fulfillment and shipping of online orders (pick, pack, and ship)

Communicate with online customers by phone/email to answer product/order questions, make recommendations, etc.
